Data processed
The presentation website does not collect data through a form. If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to share, including your identity, contact details and information about your project.
Audience measurement
We use Umami, hosted by JAYTECH, to measure website visits and clicks through to sign-up. In the Cassander app, we measure visits to the sign-in and sign-up pages, along with useful journey milestones such as creating a project or starting content generation. These events do not include email addresses, project names or created content. Umami does not set tracking cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used to answer your request, assess whether Cassander suits your needs and manage the relationship. Depending on the situation, processing is based on your pre-contractual request or the publisher's legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.
Recipients and retention
Data is accessible to staff authorized by the publisher and providers strictly required for email and hosting. It is kept for the time required to process the request, then archived or deleted in line with applicable legal obligations.
